A Legal Disclaimer

You  may not use my creations, including photos or text for any purposes,

unless explicitly given written permission by myself,

Eilias Lamoreaux, "Pensketchual", and "Stitched Amity".

This includes, but is not limited to: Generative AI, LLMs, other image or text generations, compilations, reels, banners, merchandise, promotional content and anything else that I do not approve of or endorse.
This is subject to change when I feel like it, because I am human.

I have no control of what you do once you have purchased art from me, of course, but I do hope you will display it nicely, and tell your friends that I was cool about making it for you.

But whatever you do with it, when asked, please give credit where it is due.

Privacy Policy - The Basics

Having said that, if you choose to work with me or commission me for a project, your safety and confidentiality are respected and observed. Unless there is a significant reason to share your information with medical or law enforcement, I have little to no reason to collect that information outside of payment transactions or collaboration outreach. If you choose to share your social media (or name) with the art I create for/with you, then that information could be displayed with the art piece on this site. It is your responsibility to inform me if you no longer wish to be identified in that way. Please send me an email through my contact page and I will reply as soon as I am able.
